Just a reminder to all who have an online connection - if you are having issues with your network, run a diagnostic which can be found here on your computer.
Just press the button pictured there, follow the directions and you'll be back online before you know it.

No matter how often I think I can just point and click to try to correct my connection, I always have to think hard to try to find this quick link. Thanks for the reminder!
